Katch PR Press Day at Cirque du Soir

Katch PR has organised its Press Day hosting, I would dare to say, a great party. Held at the Club Cirque du Soir in Ganton Street it has been a mix of fashion, beauty treatments, drinks and cupcakes and above all the occasion to see and touch what we've seen during London Fashion Week 's shows and exchange opinions and chats with fellow journalists.

First a bit of pampering thanks to Portobello Studio where eye lashes extensions, eyebrows threading, spray tan, nail bar, hair and makeovers were available for the guests. I've experienced my first eyebrows threading and I swear I did not feel any pain. These girls are just great. Thanks to Akiela and Lavenna who gave me a eye grooming with fantastic eye lashes extensions. http://www.portobellostudio.co.uk/

After my beauty session I was ready to look at the several labels on show and my attention has been drawn to Maisha, a label that produces gorgeous bags made with exotic skins all sourced ethically respecting the environment and animal welfare. Saretta Sasha Muller is the mind behind all the bags designed at Maisha using only the best skins and making these bags very precious and unique.

After bags, shoes are another woman's fixation and Cleo B introduced us to its new collection. Shoes have that 80's vibe with bright colours and goes back to that past where music was listened on the street with the first Walkmans playing our favourites from a tape. Tapes are a recurring motif in shoes and bags as a clasp, a heel or just a giant tape as a clutch.

Next one with Miss Matahari, a fantastic range of fitness wear  for women bringing fashion and style at the gym. A palette of black white and raspberry will ensure that no body's wearing something by Miss Matahari will get unnoticed. The fabrics used for the collection is highly technical and just perfect for any fitness activity like spin or dance. Professional model and professional trainer Natasha Stuart has combining her experiences to create something new and feminine flattering women's shapes in an environment like a gym where generally our bodies are in show.

Onna Ehrlich makes bags with soul. Together with her partner Joel Wells the company has been founded in 2004. The bags are made of  butter soft leather from Italy and the lining is patterned, inspired by Onna African heritage. All the bags have women's names reminding of Onna and Joel important women in their life.

This picture has been taken during London Fashion Week at the Zeynep Tosun show. This Turkish designer is represented by Katch PR and just taking a picture of a dress on the rail it wouldn't be fair because I could not show the beauty of this collection. The palette used was of oranges, maroon, blue, white. Layering was widely used, a way of dressing that in London is a must with the unpredictable weather all year around.

Another picture taken from the show of Nadine Merabi at London Fashion Week. Autumn Winter for Nadine Merabi is bright, lots of orange, turquoise, purple, silver and most amazing fabrics. The skirt I'm showing reminds me of something seen through a kaleidoscope. Here as well I could not show only a dress from a hanger, but I could touch and check the high quality materials used for this great collection.
