Preview AW17: Men 's Accessories

Men are becoming more and more interested in owning  and in wearing nice accessories and they are very keen on details and luxury fabrics as well. Also most men rely in wearing a nice tie or even a pair of funky socks as something to jazz up a dull outfit that most of the time is compulsory with their jobs. I've picked few items during my visits to press events.
*In Store* Sometimes you need only a pocket square to brighten up a suit. These pocket squares by Hammond & Co by Patrick Grant for Debenhams are made of 100% silk and their great vintage prints are timeless. Also they match in colours and patterns ties and bow ties, if not in full, but they follow the same colour scheme, in store. A nice touch to finish an outfit without having the full match. www.debenhams.com

The socks will commemorate the animated film "Yellow Submarine" and the collection comprises of 6 pair of socks in a gift box designed like a LP or EP boxset. www.happysocks.com
*In Store* I love the texture of the Jekyll & Hide leather goods. The smell is fantastic and the feel of the leather is amazing. These wallets and card holders are little luxuries in a classic design and with contrast colour stitching. www.jekyllandhide.co.uk
*In Store*  It is in canvas with leather looking PU trims this belt, by M & Co great for a casual look worn with denim and chinos. The price is terrific and you can stock up on belts in several styles and colours in order to have all the trousers sorted with their own belt rather than changing them every time. www.mandco.com

*In Store*  Scarfs are never enough and this ribbed knit one in a rich burgundy colour is by Matalan. It is machine washable, so very practical, just chuck it in the washing machine with likely colours at 30* and it will be always like new. A matching beanie hat is available.  www.matalan.co.uk

*In Store* Mobile phones have become a true necessity so around them a whole world of accessories has flourished. Mobile covers are among the most popular accessories and at SnakeHive the selection is huge either for the styles and colour available and also because they cater for all the mobile phone brands  and not just one or two as in many other manufacturers. The Vintage collection has got a range of covers in leather styled as a wallet and the internal has got slots for credit cards or business cards. www.snakehive.co.uk
*In Store*  They might look like traditional ties but these two silk beauties by Turnbull & Asser must be seen closely. The first one with the paisley pattern, hides a jester, the second one has got an art deco pattern which is very new among ties patterns that are usually in shops. Acquaint yourself with the Mayfair Tales, the inspiration for the AW17 range at Tunbull & Asser, It is very fascinating like the patterns through all the collection. www.turnbullandasser.co.uk
