The Lingerie Collective SS13

I love going to the Lingerie Collective event because they bring together a fantastic selection of independent luxury lingerie, loungewear and swimsuit brands. Hosted at the Music Rooms in South Molton Lane the brands I've seen were of different styles, from basic, to flirty to sophisticated to mildly sexy and kinky.

Paolita is a swimwear brand  that in the last few years gained a great following among the fashion industry. Anna Paola's collections inspired by a vintage style have become very popular. After having designed a T Shirt for Harvey Nichols, Anna Paola created her first collection of womenswear in her unmistakable colourful patterns. This mini dress in silk is something that I would always wear. During the summer no suggestions are needed, but to brighten up a winter day, this lovely little number would be perfect as a tunic with a nice cardigan and leggings.

Claudette is an American brand designed in London and owned and run by a team of fantastic women. The colours are bright and matched with more dark tones. Collections include a sporty line, a camouflage pattern and a more feminine line of which this lovely set is a part of. Neon colours are a big part of the Summer Collection mixed with mesh, some of them are quite covering so they could be perfect as tops  in my opinion. Tatu Couture is a British brand launched in 2011 and this current collection " Sweet Surrender" is very sensual. The style combine 1950s shapes with a tattoo prints mixed like in this beautiful Lola body. This collection is not revealing yet is very sexy and the feminine shapes give a great support without looking like  Bridget Jones's  big  knickers.

Fraulein Kink has got a collection of luxury erotic accessories. They are handmade in Berlin. Every single piece is hand stiched and the quality of the materials is of the highest on the market. especially after the big success of " 50 Shades of Grey" I'm sure that Fraulein Kink items will fly off the shelves. In here I've taken a picture of some masks which are a bit different from the usual bondage goods. These masks look like fringes that cover the eyes in a see through way becoming more comfortable for who is not a hardcore bondage fan. Cufflinks are lined with soft fur in order to be less raw on the skin.

Beautiful Bottoms has got a very colourful collection inspired by a mix of 1980s prints and palette and 1960s glamour. This teal underwear set is is gorgeous and I like the model of the briefs, delicate, minimal and with a sheer fabric, and the twist of this bright colour.

Belle Et BonBon is entirely made in England and the fabrics used are the best laces and silks and satins you could find. The present collection includes very sensual bodies in lace, like the ones pictured and a selection of sweet briefs in silk satin in black or white. Colour is not forgotten in this collection with a lovely purple number in delicate lace and also there are some naughty lingerie sets but always very tasteful.

Bijoux Indiscrets is a Spanish company specialised in boudoir accessories and it takes its name from a novel written in the 18th century by Denis Diderot during this time where erotic literature was having a great success. Among the products on show candle massage, something very new and sensual,  coffrets with a selection of products for a spicy night in, feather ticklers and scents. Everything is very sophisticated and not intimidating.

Lascivious has burst with colours for this season  with corals, turquoises and yellows as well as traditional colours like black and ivory or nude. In the picture this lovely set introduces a basket weaving technique and geometric patterns. Lascivious is a British brand and all its collections are designed and manufactured in this country. In 2011 the Company won the UK Lingerie Award for the Independent Directional Brand of the Year.

Kriss Soonik Loungerie is a brand from Estonia launched in 2008 where all the production is made. Lingerie is made used lace and jersey and the collection includes fishnet bodies that can be worn as an outer wear with a top tank underneath because they too beautiful to be worn only under an outfit. This season Kriss Soonik introduces a swimwear collection which sports her signature cat logo in metal that is used as well to finish her lingerie collection.
