Sorel Footwear has been around for five decades and it has specialised in boots, after all being based in Oregon, they know a thing or two about cold and snow and being comfortable during the coldest months of the year. Its collection has got colours, has got fur lining and gives our feet something to feel snug and warm and being stylish while going out and about fending off rain and snow or simply a cold snap that makes your toes freeze. This is has to be one of my favourite, the
Medina IV Premium boots. It has waterproof vulcanised rubber upper with ponyskin on leather, in this case it's a beautiful blue but it is available in black pony skin as well. Midsole,and outsole is made of vulcanised rubber and the outsole has got a herringbone pattern so that it won't be slippery. The stacked heels are solid and keep you in balance.
The
Sorel Major Moto is the black suede and leather ankle boot with red and black textile lining. Its biker style with metal details gives that rock chick vibe as well as being very comfortable. The same style can be bought in tobacco leather with felt lining. The
Sorel Major Pull On is the tan boot with double buckles made of oiled suede and leather and it is available in black as well, They can be right with skinny jeans, mini skirts and thick tights, the sky is the limit really.
Tivoli Go and
Tivoli Go High are comfortable, light and very stylish sneakers. The upper is made of textile or sweatshirt, in this case you can see the sweatshirt option and the outsole is made with molded rubber pods for a great traction.
It is not just flat boots for
Sorel. Among the huge selection I've picked the
Conquest Wedge in black or tan premium leather. The design is a mix between the hiking boots with the red laces and metal hooks but the wedges give that fashion factor so these boots can be styled in many ways and always be perfect.
These
Cozy Carnival are part sneakers and part boots and they are very light in weight. Why I am saying this ? Because now with all the restrictions when travelling, a pair of comfortable, warm and waterproof shoes that are not taking up weight in your suitcase is a God send. With its fleece lining, molded rubber pods soles and waterproof nylon uppers, you just need to choose the colour you like among black or blue, or red or off white.
The
Out ' N About Moc are great slippers that with their fleece lining keep your feet warm and the rubber sole gives stability on a wet surface. Perfect if you live in a house with garden and you need to go out to pick up a parcel or for attending your pets or even to pop to the corner shop for that half pint of milk.
