Sandals

Apart from some days when the weather is quite cloudy, now I can see people wearing shoes without socks and sandals can be seen around. Also you can have fun with nail polish and the right sandal can be worn at work and from there carry on for a night out. I've picked few styles from several brands.
Bright colours for the Simon sandals by Kalda. A nice round toe, stiletto heels and 100% leather make this style the perfect item to pop in your luggage or to swap at the end of the day in order to jazz up an outfit and going out. www.kalda.com
There is a lot to choose from the Stormy sandals by Dorothy Perkins. Opt for the snake print/natural or the metallic, or zebra print or maybe block colours like black or yellow. This sandal is very versatile and comfortable with just a hint of a block heel and three straps which keep the feet firm in place. Great with dresses or trousers. www.dorothyperkins.com
It is very pretty this red suede sandal by J by Jasper Conran for Debenhams. I really like the tortoiseshell like chain at the front and the  7 cm block heels make them really comfortable to wear all day. www.debenhams.com
It is in between a pair of espadrillas and a sandal the Penny wedges by White Stuff. They are made of 100% leather as well as fabric with elasticated crossover straps for better comfort. The insole is cushioned so your feet will thank you and the wedge heel are about 8.5cm. They are available in navy, red and yellow. www.whitestuff.com
They are from Miss Selfridge these three straps block heeled sandals. I am a bit partial to the orange ones, being my favourite colour, but the tortoiseshell coloured one is also very nice and perfect for this season neutral theme. The heels are 5cm high and perfect with anything in your wardrobe. www.missselfridge.com
Snake print is big this season, so you can add the summer trend with this pair of strappy sandals by JD Williams. Sporting red, yellow and natural straps at the front, it has a square heel 6.8cm high. The same style is available in blue, or metallic. www.jdwilliams.co.uk
These 3 coloured metallic strappy sandals by Kaleidoscope are great with virtually anything you might own. Perfect with  a nice dress now that the wedding season is upon us, or just to jazz up a pair of jeans. The metallic trend is still here so you can match  with a bag in the same hues. And mix and match jewellery for a glowing look. www.kaleidoscope.co.uk
The wedge of this Laffia sandals by Faith at Debenhams is gorgeous and reminds me of an ethnic tapestry. The heels are 11.5cm high but given the style, at the end the height is less because of the platform. The upper is made in soft faux leather and they fasten with a side buckle. www.debenhams.com
I like when a pair of sandals embrace my feet. The Rose and Maya sandals by Hobbs do just that. The red scarlet Rose sandal is made in Italy from  suede  with a stacked heel 8.5 cm high, you can dress it up or down depending on your outfit. The Maya in Ice white, also made in Italy are instead made of leather. Both have a cushioned insole for better comfort. www.hobbs.co.uk

Colours are fundamental on summer (and in the winter too for as much as I am concerned). These sweet Luella Croc sandals are by Jigsaw and can be found in white or yellow. They are made of croc embossed leather, with a block heel 5 cm high and ankle strap. www.jigsaw-online.com
It might be a black coloured sandal but the heel has got a twist with the tortoiseshell pattern for the Gia Cross sandals V by Very. The upper has got  cross weave straps and the block heels are 8.3cm high. They will be perfect all season with anything and everywhere. www.very.co.uk

*Online Exclusive* Let the cream fabric of these block high heels  sandals by Wallis caress your ankles when knotted and feel comfortable with the khaki and cream straps around your feet. The heels in suedette are 10cm high and they can be bought online only. www.wallis.co.uk
