Black Label by Tie Rack
September the 8th has been a very hectic day for the fashion pack. While I was in John Lewis for the fashion show, somewhere else a new label was born. I've got the full report from Stephen Mahoney in his own words:

Its not every day you get a pleasant jolt, but I did when I discovered what "Tie Rack" are going to roll out this autumn winter in 15 of their key stores, for us men and women.
A host of products, that range from leather gloves and bags, to platinum plated cuff links, acetate optical frames, wool hats, scarfs, blankets, these items will be allocated a defined brand space within the store, under a separated brand name "Black Label". BL goods are brain child of it's creative director Raffaele Caroli and he says they are an investment spend, and come in finest cashmere, silk and leather goods, most are produced in Como region in Italy.
For the guys, there's hand made Positano check silk tie that retails for £49 and for gals a latino ladies poncho for £179, to name but few items.
Let's hope that all these fabulous items, find their way into a store near you and then we will all be able to have a decent gift for our birthdays. "
