What I like, what I've seen, what inspires me, everything about fashion. Lifestyle, celebrities and parties, if it is here it is because I was there.
All my posts are not sponsored in any way, all the products I've written about are featured because I like them and because I've been invited to press events where I've seen them.
I am sure you have noticed that everywhere in fashion most accessories and some garments are sporting tassells and pompoms in various sizes. I've selected some lovely examples for this season, very colourful, among the high street and luxury area.
*In Store* This gorgeous bag is by Antonello Tedde, probably one of the first designers to use the pompoms pattern, given that they are a traditional design from Sardinia where he comes from. The Telti bag is in a sunny yellow colour with multicolour stripes. It is made entirely by hand in 100% cotton and it can be bought at www.antonellotedde.co.uk
*Not Yet* Keep an eye on George at Asda rails because this lovely cobalt embroidered dress with tassells decor is not yet in store. It is great for the beach if worn with flip flops or in the evening with high heels sandals and a nice clutch. www.direct.asda.com
*Not Yet* I love this slider from boohoo.com. You've got the trend covered, the colour is gorgeous and they are comfortable. This pair of shoes can jazz up any outfit, and give life to an anonymous pair of denim and a t-shirt. Check when it is going to be online because it will be a sell out. www.boohoo.com
*In Store* A hat is a must in the summer especially if on holiday somewhere hot. These two My Putchi straw hats are by Grand Bazaar London and they both follow the pompom trend. They are both handwoven with pom pom details stitched on a handwoven cotton band. Another example of great craftsmanship. www.grandbazaarlondon.co.uk
*In Store* It is perfect for this season when it is not cold but it is not hot either. This ruffle blouse is by M & Co and it has a front tassel that ties the top. The pattern is floral, catching two trend into one and it is made with a crepe fabric that goes in the washing machine. www.mandco.com
*In Store* A bag is forever and if you feel that a summer bag could be too limited in use, embrace the tassel trend with a Penenlope by Longchamp bag. I love the woven pattern of the bags and the side tassells for the tote one. The cross body has got a tassel on the front and they are made of high quality leather in different colours. www.uk.longchamp.com
*Not Yet* Add a bit of colour with this black pump by John Lewis adorned with a red tassel on the front. It is not yet in store so check it out in order to catch the day when they are going to be available. www.johnlewis.com
*In Store* A trilby hat is what you need to complete your outfit and you don't want a wide brimmed hat. Matalan has got this lovely piece with a pom pom decor on a patterned cotton band in store right now. It is a cool accessory to wear on holiday or at a festival. www.matalan.co.uk
*In Store* This embroidered Clara dress is by Monsoon and it has so many trendy details starting from the tassells at the front and then beadings and mirrors in bright colours on blue. It is a beautiful dress, perfect for those evenings while on holiday but also for a balmy evening in town and with flat shoes great for the day. www.uk.monsoon.co.uk
*In Store* A red clutch with tassels can't be absent from this SS18 season wardrobe. A lovely example is this one by Kaleidoscope. It has a gold coloured chain so it can be worn on the shoulder or hand held. I love the multicouloured tassells in the same material of the bag. www.kaledioscope.co.uk
*Not Yet* I know how I would wear these pair of sliders, by matching my nail varnish with the tassells on the front. Once in orange, once in fuchsia and maybe why not, once alternating nail varnishes in different colours. It will be in Primark hopefully soon so keep an eye on the shelves to grab a pair. www.primark.com
