Mother's Day Gift Ideas

Remember remember the 31st of March. It is Mother's Day and being a celebration that changes its day every year it is best to put it  on your diary. I've found nice ideas for  your mums presents and remember that your mums love fashion and new things as well as buying items for her children rather than for herself, so I think that she deserves a bit of pampering or something that she wouldn't normally buy.
This Climbing Blossom curved teapot and matching mug by Cath Kidston is a perfect gift if your mum likes to have a relax moment, watching a film or reading a book. It is dishwasher safe even if generally I never wash a teapot with soap, because we know that tea would acquire a funny taste. Add a box of nice and premium tea to the gift.
One of my mum favourite gifts from me was lingerie, she loved it, so it was one of my top ideas in my gift list. It is easy to find out about her size, just a small rummaging in her drawer will give you all the hints regarding colours and shapes as well. This gorgeous set by Wacoal is straight from the SS19 collection, part of the Lace Affair range. Two choices of briefs and three for the bra as well as a nice chemise.
A nice silk scarf is always a nice present and with the warmer weather coming a skinny scarf is the best accessory to keep warm but with a twist. I love the Grid Check print scarf by Jaeger made of 100% silk and perfect with any outfit, either for a day at work or paired with a casual look on a week end outing.
This set eye mask and make- up pouch by Hopstock has got a vibrant print and it spells relax and holiday. The eye mask is made of cotton with the back in velvet and it is filled with lavender. The make-up bag is lined with waterproof material and both items are made in UK.
Yellow is going to be one of the " Must" colours for SS19 and this lovely Twistlock Collection by Zatchels shoulder bag will be a great gift for your mum. It is made of leather, with an adjustable strap so that the bag can be worn on the shoulder or across the body. You can add a personalisation on the bag when ordering online, like her initials or a small message. You can have up to 15 characters on the outside and 60 on the inside, so enough space to write  " With Love...."  . It is available in purple or light grey too.
Pampering and beauty gifts are always something very much appreciated, because as I've said before, mums tend to neglect their own " me time". I've seen these amazing Face Sheet Masks by Oh K! a Korean beauty brand sold in Debenhams. I've been mesmerised by this Gold Dust hydrogel mask but there are more in stock. Why don't you buy a selection ? Your mum will be thrilled.
A new pyjama has got that nice feeling of season changed and given that Mother's Day is on the 31st of March, in a way it welcomes the arrival of the Spring. This Rosie Spot print pyjama by Cyberjammies is made in cotton and modal and you can add a matching eye mask so that your mum doesn't get woken up early with the summer time changing clock. Also with the same print a chemise is available. Love the mini me situation? Check the kids department for the same pyjama for 2 to 13 years old children.
Lola Rose is famous for the jewellery made of semi precious and precious stones, but recently it started a collection of homeware with patterns inspired by semi precious stones. This frame has the  printed pattern of the laspislazuli and a lovely gift for your mum would be to have one of your best picture together being printed and add it to the frame. Also available with a malachite, natural or black agate.
Beauty products are never enough and I believe that gifting your mum with luxury products is great. The 58 Lifestyle label has got this Luxury Travel Set which comprises of 7 products in a cotton wash bag lined  with a water resistant material. 58 Lifestyle products are all ethical and organic.
Not much time to shop around but still you want to buy something different for your mum? A nice candle from a brand different to the mainstream might be the right idea. Urban Apothecary London takes its inspiration for the fragrances from memories of places and experiences. Candles are made in UK and as well as the ones in a black vessel there are a couple of Limited Edition ones in a special glass candle vase. Fragrances are delectable and absolutely gorgeous.
I am a fan of the Origin 31 jewellery, because they are colourful and fun. This Haribo Ring is inspired by the famous confectionery that surely our mums were putting in the supermarket basket for us as a treat, so why don't return the favour with this silver ring with enamel ? On the website you can choose the size and an option for the metal, because it comes in silver but nothing prevents from choosing a more precious metal like white or yellow gold or platinum. Obviously the price will change accordingly. Given that all the jewellery is handmade in London, be quick to order your ring so that it will be with you in time for Mother's Day.
