Henrietta Ludgate knows how to throw a great party for the opening of her shop. Set on the first floor at Whiteleys in Queensway, the evening has been exciting since the beginning. A nail bar was waiting for the guests to give them a session of real pampering, and we are not talking about any nail bar, but Liza Smith, celebrity nail artist. Drinks and a delicious buffet was laid out ready to tempt the visitors to pick a scrumptious cupcake while browsing the Autumn Winter collection by Henrietta Ludgate. A mini catwalk with three gorgeous models showed three key pieces ready to be bought for the impending party season, while at the piano the singer Phildel, who has been just signed up by Universal Studios, played a selection of her music, having worked with Henrietta on the soundtrack for her London Fashion Week 's show. And the clou of the evening has been the cut of the ribbon, with Henrietta Ludgate and her co hosts Livia Giuggioli Firth and Laura Bailey.
Ms Firth, stunning in a Henrietta Ludgate leather studded skirt brought some stylish biscuits with sweet icing on top. Eco designer Henrietta Ludgate is from Scotland and she works closely with the Scottish Textile Industry, providing employment for the local communities. The fabrics used are British and they are tailored by expert craftsmen maintaining an artisanal charme.
Her clothes are classic with a twist, perfect for work, or for a night out or for a red carpet event.
