Jaeger Spring Summer Collection

Every time I go to a preview of the Jaeger collection I always write a mental wish list of what I will buy on the coming season. The next collection which will be available starting in few weeks time is gorgeous. Monochrome is still a big trend, patterns are bold and colours are bright. A naval trend is always a classic  and hounds tooth and polka dots are here to stay.
Scarves are a must to complete an outfit and to give a splash of colour to a coat. This leopard print beauty is different from many animal print scarves around because it plays with the colours of the collection's palette. It is big enough to be used as a mini pareo as well as a scarf.
I love the hounds tooth pattern and these outfits look fabulous. The dress with the upper half in small pattern and the lower half with the magnified pattern is one of my favourites. The splash of colour given by the big tote is just the perfect final touch. I love the skirt and shirt in the same motif but in different colours as well.
Given my obsession for purple I could not miss these three looks. The coat is fantastic and the tunic in a zebra print pattern is paired up with ankle trousers in a beautiful shade of purple. The dress in black and white has got those lovely details in purple that softens the severity of the dark colour.
From the  Boutique by Jaeger this lovely dress is another one that went on my wish list. Electric blue and orange put together is a brilliant combination and I can see wearing this dress in many variants, just adding different coats and jacket for different looks.
This pinafore dress by  Boutique  by Jaeger has got a metallic fabric and it matches perfectly the orange shirt. knowing that our spring and summer are not the hottest in the world this is the right outfit that gives brightness but it keeps ourselves covered. With a pair of tights it is great even on colder days.
This paisley shirt dress can be worn with a belt or without. It is absolutely stunning and it would be great with a pair of leggings as well. The jacquard panelled jacket and the ankle length trousers are the sum of a magnificent outfit. With the bold pattern only a white silk top will suffice and a bag with no pattern but with a great colour.

Floral print is going to be big next season and Jaeger has caught the trend and made it beautiful in that lovely dress, perfect for a formal occasion. The black and white dress on the front reminds me of the one worn by Julie Andrews in the film "Thoroughly Modern Millie" set in the 1920s. Who prefers trousers rather than a dress, these pair of black trousers with a monochrome blouse are very sophisticated  and great for an elegant occasion. Check online at www.jaeger.co.uk to know when these and more stock will be in store. It is worth a visit.
