Jaeger Spring Summer Collection
Jaeger unveiled its latest collections for womenswear and menswear for the joy of all the fashion editors and journalists who came to its Press Day. The collection is impressive, colours graced every single line and prints have been present in accessories and clothing. Silk, light wool, linen, summer tweed and suede among the fabrics used and the finest leather has been the main material for the accessories.
From the Boutique by Jaeger this trio of dresses will be the must have for all those summer engagements where a statement outfit will be needed. The pink sequin bodice dress is playful with the neon colour in contrast with black. The monochrome sequin peplum top matched with the monochrome skirt can be matched with the brightest accessories in the collection for a stunning look. The crepe jewel neck dress is very sweet and it could be the first important dress for a teenager or the LBD great for any party on the roof garden.
From the Jaeger Collection this monochrome block stripe dress will takes you from day to evening just with a change of accessories. I think that with the right hat it would not be out of place at Ascot.
Leopard print for the Jaeger Collection. The accessories include scarves, shoes, bags to match with the parisienne look of the Collection.
I just adore this silk bubble floral print clutch bag and the silk scarves from the Jaeger Collection. The inspiration for this line comes from Paris and the French Riviera.
From the Jaeger London line this gorgeous silk paisley print t-shirt dress ticks all the boxes. It is bright, the fabric is of the highest quality, it can be worn either for a smart occasion or dressed down with jeans used as a tunic. It is one of those dresses that will be a staple in any fashion conscious woman.
Houndstooth is very much present in the Jaeger London line with shift dresses, cigarette trousers, jumpers and silk scarves. Perfect match with a great leather bag for a 1950s look with a modern twist.
This silk geo print dress is one of a series of garments with this bright print from the Jaeger London line. The orange, navy and sky blue colours are very easy to match with anything and it will brighten up any cloudy day that for sure will damp our milder seasons.
The Jaeger Menswear Casualwear line has got a palette of navy, yellow, aquamarine blue, white. This Breton Stripe sweater is matched with blue shirt and blue chinos for a very relaxed look. British craftsmanship is a major part of the menswear production with 80% of this season tailoring is manufactured from cloth woven in Great Britain.
From the Jaeger Semi Formal collection this beautiful wool silk single breasted jacket is a limited edition woven exclusively in Great Britain. Matched with a pink linen shirt and chinos. Perfect for the office and for any occasion where dressing a bit smart is required but colour and be daring is allowed.
From the Jaeger Tailoring line this three pieces suit is part of the garments being crafted in UK. The Union Jack symbol will tell straightaway that every piece is made in Great Britain working with British weaver, spinners and finishers. This is one garment that it will be a wardrobe classic. The whole menswear collection has been inspired by the several nuances of blue in Hockney's works.
