Nina Naustdal Gold Autumn Winter Collection

Fashion designer Nina Naustdal is well known for her one off dresses worn by celebrities. Her Swarowski encrusted haute couture creations are seen on all the red carpets that count. For the season Autumn Winter 2013/2014, Nina Naustdal for the first time created a pret a porter collection full of colours and with bold prints. The show, held at Baku London in Sloane Street during London Fashion Week has been a success. www.nina-naustdal.com
The tones of the palette sees burnt oranges, emerald greens, gold, royal blues and black. The inspiration for the prints range from raw diamonds spectre of colours to exotic animal prints in an explosion of colours,  in order to counteract the dark sky and grey weather during those seasons.
This blouse captures the colours of diamonds when seen under the microscope. Fabrics used for the production of this collection include  silks, chiffon, velvet and leather details. This outfit is great for the party season with black trousers and high heels black shoes.

This gorgeous dress has got animal prints as well as prints that remind me of precious Persian rugs. The colour is vibrant  and the top is the perfect background to the skirt and for a statement necklace.
It looks like this dress has been taken from a Hermes vintage scarf. The colours are jewel like and I love the shape with the nipped waist. Audrey Hepburn would have queued for this dress.

This print is one of my favourite, it embraces the colours I love most. This jacket has got a zip and leather details at the side. Teamed up with this beautiful pair of trousers in a soft fabric it is the perfect outfit to wear for a lunch or for an evening engagement.

At the end of the show Nina Naustdal is greeting her guests together with the beautiful models groomed by L'Oreal Professionel and make up artist Debbie Korrie. www.debbiekorrie.com
