Massimo Dutti Spring Summer Collection
The Spanish brand Massimo Dutti has unveiled a collection for the next season which I am sure is going to have a huge following of fans. It is the perfect capsule wardrobe if travelling and the perfect wardrobe for everyday life at work or out with friends. Every garment and accessorise is made of high quality materials for which the company has been known since when it started trading in 1985 as a menswear label. Let's start shopping.
This is one of my favourite looks. A leather jacket in a chocolate hue teamed up with a voile skirt in order to give a punky edge to the ensemble. A plain white shirt complements the outfit. Flats are a must. It is the perfect look when out on a week end out exploring a new place.
A pair of dark blue jeans are paired up with a neutral colour blazer and a chambray shirt. The cross body bag in dark tan leather has got a vintage feel. I remember that that shape was very popular in the 1970s. Given that our spring and summer are not one of the hottest in the world, this is the right look that it will mostly worn.
Tan, white, neutral colours and splashes of all the nuances of blues are part of the palette for Massimo Dutti collection. They are colours that will never tire and they are timeless. Here this beautiful laser cut blazer is worn with a pleated white skirt and with a leather belt with metal details. The over sized bag will take you through a busy day or used it as a perfect hand luggage where to store few essentials for a week end away. Flats for a casual look or try with a pair of sandals with chunky heels in leather tan, also available at Massimo Dutti.
Monochrome is going to be with us in the next season as well. Here a tweed coat has been styled with a white top and stripy trousers. I love the monochrome with clashing patterns like these. Just have fun with accessorises .
This is a classic Mediterranean city look with a light knit layered over a white shirt and tailored trousers. The cross body satchel in light tan leather gives contrast to the earthy hues. In order to know when these and more items will hit the stores and will be available online check at www.massimodutti.com
